1. CHECK-IN TIME IS 3 to 7 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11 A.M. Special
arrangements may be possible if done in advance.
2. This is a non-smoking home. Violations
of this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Smoking on the
front porch or on the rear patio is welcomed.
3. Pets are not permitted in the home or
on the grounds under any conditions.
4. Minimum Age - We will not rent to students
or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian
or parent.
5. DAMAGE DEPOSIT – No damage deposit is
required, however, renter agrees that owner will be reimbursed for
all costs or damages incurred such as the following: a. Damage done
to the home, grounds or contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b.
Charges incurred due to pets, the collection of rents or services
rendered during the stay. c. Any loss or damage to linens.
6. RESERVATION DEPOSIT – A reservation deposit
of $100 will be required to reserve your reservation which will be
refundable if cancellation is receives prior to 14 days of reservation
date.
7. Rental Payments – Credit card authorization
is required for all payments due under this contract. By asking us
to reserve a room you give us the authorization to charge your card.
All rental payments shall be paid in full (by charge card) 14 days
prior to your reservation date and are subject to a 9% County room
tax. Cancellations within 14 days of your reservation date or due
to early departures will not warrant a refund.
8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number
of guests is limited to either two or four persons depending on the
rental arrangement (rents are based on either one or two couples).
There is a small loft accessible by ladder in the home which is not
for use by tenants under any circumstance. Visiting guests during
the day or evening hours will be limited to no more than six unless
special arrangements have be approved prior to occupancy.
9. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Linen and towels
are provided, however, daily maid service is not. Towels and linens
are not permitted to be removed from the residence.
10. PARKING AVAILABILITY – Parking is available
for two automobiles. Additional parking can be arranged, prior to
your arrival, for RV or boat parking if necessary but RV hook-ups
are not available.
